Lady Finger Vegetable Recipe: Bhindi vegetable is everyone’s favorite in summer and rain. People make Bhindi in different ways. Some people like to eat Masala Bhindi while some people like to eat crispy Bhindi. Today we are telling you another new way of making Bhindi. The taste of fenugreek in spicy bhindi makes it even more special. To make it, you have to roast some spices. It is used to marinate bhindi. After this you cook it in gravy. Ingredients for Methi Bhindi Masala –

For this you need 1 tbsp whole coriander, fennel 1 tbsp, cumin 1 tsp, whole red chilli about 3, amchur 2 tbsp, gram flour 2 tbsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp and salt as per taste.
You need about 400 grams of ladyfinger to make a vegetable. For this, 200 grams of fenugreek leaves are needed. 2 tbsp mustard oil, asafoetida 1/2 tsp, cumin, 1/2 tsp, onion 2 chopped, ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp, tomato about 2 chopped, red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Green chilies 2 long chopped, Garam masala 1 tsp, water 1 cup and salt
Recipe for making Fenugreek Bhindi Masala
1- To prepare Fenugreek Bhindi Masala, roast the whole spices.
2- Add whole coriander, fennel, cumin, whole red chili, mango, gram flour, salt, red chili powder and turmeric and roast it for 5 minutes.
3- Now let the spices cool down and grind them.
4- Wash the ladyfinger and wipe it well with water and cut it into big pieces.
5- Now put the bhindi in a big vessel to marinate and mix the ground spices, mustard oil and mix it.
6- Leave it like this for about 15 minutes.
7- Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida-cumin
8- Add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes and then add salt, ginger garlic paste.
9- Put tomatoes in it and add red chili, turmeric powder on top.
10- Now add water, green chilies and fenugreek leaves to it and mix.
11- After cooking for about 10 minutes, add marinated ladyfinger to it.
12- Now cover and cook the bhindi on low flame for about 20 minutes.
13- When the bhindi is cooked, add garam masala to it.
14- Methi Bhindi Masala is ready. Serve it hot with roti or paratha.
