How to make white butter at home? Learn the easiest way

Homemade White Butter Recipe: Homemade butter is more nutritious and tastes better. There is no preservative in it. It is easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for one to two weeks. Know the easy way to make white butter-


3 cups cream

1 tbsp curd

1 cup ice cold water

4 to 5 ice cubes


To make white butter, you can keep the layer of cream out of the milk daily. Store it in a container.

When you have enough cream collected, then you can convert it into butter.

While storing the cream, keep it in a bowl in the fridge. When it collects in good quantity, take out the bowl from the fridge and let it come to room temperature.

Add 2 tbsp curd to it and keep it for rest for 6 hours.

Now take out this mixture in a big bowl. Add 1 cup ice cold water and 4 to 5 ice cubes to it.

This will help in removing the butter in a good way.

Take an electric hand blender and blend the mixture.

-Keep blending it for a while, until small chunks start coming out of the mixture.

Gradually the butter layer will come up. Give the butter the shape of a ball. Take cold water in a bowl and put this ball in it.

This will not only give the butter a perfect shape, but if there is any smell, it will go away.

Keep the prepared butter in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. Your homemade butter will last for one to two weeks.
