Ingredients for making Sattu Parathas
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 2 cups sattu
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 5 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 3 green chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp amchur
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp ghee
- salt to taste
- Oil or ghee for making parathas

1- First of all take wheat flour and sieve it. Now knead the dough by adding ghee and salt as per taste.
2- You do not have to knead the dough too soft. Now leave the dough for some time to set.
3- Now take sattu in a bowl, add garlic paste, ginger, chopped onion, lemon juice, amchur, green coriander, green chili, carom seeds and salt and mix everything well.
4- Now in this mixture you have to add about 2 teaspoons of water while mixing.
5- Now knead the dough again with little hands and set it. Now take the dough and roll it as full as possible.
6- Now fill the prepared sattu in it like a filling and close it by folding it from all sides.
7- Now roll the round paratha by pressing it from the middle.
8- Heat the tawa on medium flame and apply some oil on the tawa. Now put paratha on it
9- After roasting for a while, turn the paratha over and roast it on the other side by applying oil.
10- Roast the paratha till it turns golden brown from both the sides and prepare all the parathas in the same way.
11- Delicious and very healthy parathas of Sattu are ready.
12- You can eat them with sauce, pickle or curd.
