  • 1 cup flour
  • boiled potatoes
  • cheese
  • chilli powder
  • coriander powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Garam Masala

  • First of all, in a big bowl, knead the dough by adding all purpose flour, salt and some water. While kneading the dough, keep in mind that this dough is neither too soft nor too hard.
  • Now prepare the stuffing for samosas by mixing boiled potatoes, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
  • Roll out small balls of the dough and place the stuffing in it and give it a triangular shape in the shape of a samosa.
  • Keep a pressure cooker to heat up. Put salt in the cooker and cover it with a mesh stand and leave it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Till then keep the prepared samosas on a plate by applying ghee on it.
  • Place this plate on a mesh stand in the cooker and let it cook for 20 minutes.
