- You can maintain the amount of coconut water, lemonade, sherbet and soup etc. by limiting the amount of water. All these are part of liquid diet, so when counting your liquid diet, include these things as well. With this you will know the right amount of your liquid diet.
- In the day you take three to four liters of liquid diet, also count the soup, sherbet etc.
